West Street in Dorking set to reopen on Monday

Emergency services were called to West Street in Dorking on Friday 24th February following a two vehicle road traffic collision.

The road was closed for several hours to allow emergency services to deal with the incident.

One person has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, while the other driver suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Surrey Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision.

The road is expected to reopen on Monday 27th February.

Diversions are in place via Pixham Lane and Reigate Road.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.
