Defending champions OG bounced back from their opening day loss to Team Liquid with a dominant 2-0 victory over rivals Team Secret in the second round of the upper bracket of The International 11 (TI11). Sébastien "Ceb" Debs, who was standing in for the team's captain Johan "N0tail" Sundstein, led OG to a convincing victory in both games.

LGD Gaming eliminated from TI11

TI10 champions LGD Gaming were eliminated from TI11 after a 2-0 defeat to Team Aster in the lower bracket. LGD, who had been one of the favorites to win the tournament, were unable to overcome Aster's aggressive playstyle. Aster will now face OG in the lower bracket, while LGD's TI11 campaign has come to an end.

PSG.LGD and Team Liquid eliminated from TI11

Another top team, PSG.LGD, has been eliminated from TI11 after a 2-0 defeat to Evil Geniuses in the lower bracket. PSG.LGD, who were considered one of the favorites to win the tournament, were unable to overcome Evil Geniuses' aggressive playstyle. Evil Geniuses will now face OG in the lower bracket, while PSG.LGD's TI11 campaign has come to an end.

Fnatic eliminated from TI11

SEA powerhouse Fnatic has been eliminated from TI11 after a 2-0 defeat to Tundra Esports in the lower bracket.
